Tara Meredith has been with The Surety Place since September 2019 as Director of Operations. In this multifaceted role, she oversees implementing policies and procedures, AP/AR, human resources, and serves as the technology and systems integration lead.

Tara is a licensed Surety Agent and serves as an officer to the Board of Directors for the Surety Association of Arizona (SAA). Prior to joining The Surety Place, she spent ten years in human resources, she’s managed a book of surety bonds, coordinated bids and RFPs, and assisted with compliance audits.

What Tara enjoys most about her role is the variety of tasks and helping co-workers succeed. She loves implementing new ideas and technologies, and accomplishing integration projects that involve working with our marketing, programming, and IT partners. Her organization, communication, forward-thinking approach, and innovation help her excel in her dynamic position.

Outside of work, Tara is passionate about planting and caring for flowers—a love so deep that she paints them and sells her artwork at TARAlynnARTWORK.com. She also enjoys Yoga, Pilates, taking walks with her dog, and spending time with family and friends.
