More about Erica Madrigal

Erica Madrigal has been with The Surety Place since 2019. She started out part-time at the front desk and has worked her way up through  issuing and executing and bond issuance management, and now to her current role in the renewal department. The experience and knowledge she gained while moving up through different roles gives her a well-rounded understanding of surety bonds and the client relationships that are built along the way.

What Erica enjoys most about her job is the customer service aspect and making sure clients are happy. She takes pride in receiving proper training to do things right and in a timely manner, ensuring every client interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

Prior to joining The Surety Place, Erica owned a small janitorial company providing residential and commercial cleaning services. This entrepreneurial background gave her firsthand insight into running a business and the importance of excellent customer service.

Outside of work, Erica loves the outdoors and spending quality time with her three little ones. She is also dedicated to her faith and community.
